O’Donald Engineering provides professional planning and design for all types of residential developments. The project may range in size from a small single family development to a large high-rise condominium.  To O’Donald Engineering, no matter what the size, we understand the importance that each project has to those that it affects.  For this reason, O’Donald Engineering believes that it is critical to explore all options and design possibilities to provide the most cost effective solution.

Commercial / Retail

O’Donald Engineering’s professional civil team is well aware of the demands placed on commercial and retail design. These demands include zoning ordinances, environmental issues, utility needs, client and tenant requirements and transportation needs. We know the importance of staying on schedule and complete coordination with all disciplines involved in all stages of design and construction.

Our design team knows the vital role that capital improvement projects play in every day life and the importance in providing plans that will meet the design criteria required by city and other governing agencies.  We have experience in urban renewal, streetscapes, paving and drainage, and water and sewer line replacement.

O'Donald Engineering is experienced in many different types of institutional construction including, but not limited to schools; libraries, hospitals, and correctional facilities. We know that these locations must accommodate large numbers of people and are designed to meet the many needs that are placed on them. As part of the design team, we provide an important perspective in areas such as accessibility, parking needs, utility requirements, environmental considerations, and zoning requirements in addition to the standard civil issues previously stated.
